Parent Coaching
You’re already doing so much. We help you understand what your child needs and know what to do next.
1:1 Parent Coaching
You know your child is capable, but everyday life still feels harder than it should. Mornings, homework, getting out the door, trying new things, managing emotions, or navigating friendships can become ongoing sources of stress, even when you understand what’s behind the struggle.
Parent coaching helps you figure out what your child needs and how you can support them as they grow. Together, we make thoughtful changes that fit your family, from changing how you respond to a challenge to adjusting routines, expectations, or the environment around your child. We help you create opportunities for your child to practice growing skills, while knowing when to step in, when to step back, and how to adapt when something isn’t working.
The goal isn’t to find one perfect strategy. It’s to help you feel more confident knowing what to try and how to support your child’s growing skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life.
We offer individual coaching for:
Parents of children with anxiety and/or executive function-based challenges
Parents who have ADHD or other executive function challenges
Parents of teens preparing for college readiness or post-high school life transitions

Our Parent Groups
Our parent groups provide a supportive space to learn practical approaches, share experiences, and gain perspective from other families navigating similar challenges. With guidance and tailored support from us, you’ll explore how to better understand your child, support their developing skills, and make changes that work in the context of your real family life.
Groups focus on topics such as:
Reclaiming parental confidence and agency
Supporting your child’s developing independence and responsibility
Understanding what’s behind the struggle and responding flexibly in the moment
